Candidate must have the following qualifications:
* Has 3 to 5 years experience on the position applied
* Must be construction industry professional with expert knowledge on construction costs and contracts.
* Excellent customer relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to demonstrate/work in a team
* The ability to negotiate
* Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* To work in field monitoring construction sites or meeting with clients, architects, and engineers
* Has driving license preferred but not required
